Italy captain Sergio Parisse has been cited after an incident in Saturday's test against New Zealand in Christchurch, the New Zealand Press Association reported.
Parisse was ordered to appear before a judiciary committee on Sunday after he allegedly made contact near the eyes of New Zealand lock Isaac Ross.
The incident happened in the second half of the match, won 27-6 by the All Blacks.
