- Turn off any other programs that are sharing your connection like other browser windows and email programs.

DRM problems
Digital Rights Management software has been applied to the Running Rugby on Demand video content to protect the footage from being copied or shared over the internet. Your computer will be granted a set number of licences to view the content, with log on available to you across a maximum of three different computers.
If you attempt to view content on the site but receive the message that 'the number of licences have been exceeded' then you should email our customer service so that they can re-set the number of licences available on your account.
If the problem persists then there maybe a problem with your computer software (Windows Media Player or Internet Explorer) being either out of date or corrupted, or your system set up may need reconfiguring to match the Basic System Setup Requirements outlined above.
If you are still encountering technical problems then please email our customer service department at support@mediazone.com
